Local property taxes are among the lowest in Nebraska. Effective in 2006, the new Nebraska Advantage incentive package offers tax credits for R&D, sales tax refunds, project capital purchases and generous job/wage credits. Credits can be applied to sales tax, employee withholding and corporate income taxes.
