The Elkhorn Valley Economic Development Council takes a lead role in bringing all the elements together to support business in the Norfolk area. The leadership within the City of Norfolk and Chamber of Commerce fully understand the needs of business. Working together these organizations insure that businesses are aware of state and local business assistance programs and that those resources are on the table.
