Roof Warrantee
The pitched roof was reshingled spring of 2006 with 30 Year Shingles. According to the roofing company, if the shingles are loose, curling or wearing down within the first 15 years, Tamko will replace. After that they will likely prorate the replacement costs. (purchased through Mead Lumber)
Fire/Smoke Alarm System
Heartland services our fire extinguishers, throughout the building. Downstairs we have hand pull alarms that are tied into hard wired smoke detectors. There is a main control box in the furnace room and an accessible smaller control panel by the east door. There is one light and sound fire alarm downstairs. There is emergency lighting in case of power outage.
