| Primary Duties: |
Will work Monday through Friday with rotating call schedule including weekends and holidays. Technologist will work in the role of all areas in the invasive Cardiology as well as Interventional Radiology. Areas in the field of invasive cardiology, Cardiac Catheterization lab, to include; adult diagnostic left and right heart, valve homodynamic study, angiography, left ventriculogram, aortograms, pulmonary angiograms, temporary pacemaker insertions, permanent pacemaker implantation, balloon angioplasty, coronary stent deployments, intra-aortic conterpulsation, and vascular hemostasis. Areas in Interventional Radiology include angiography, stent deployments, angioplasty, drainage, biopsies, transcatheter therapies of extremities, dialysis fistulas, central venous catheters as well as selected organs of the body. Sheath pulling, other post-cath management protocols will be inclusive. Manager of Service will assign other duties |
