This position performs a broad range of sales-related functions to meet or exceed established profit and productivity goals for assigned cosmetics line while maintaining the highest level of customer service. Lead, coach and develop Cosmetic Beauty Advisors to achieve counter sales goals. |
| Skills: |
Previous sales and/or cosmetic- related experience preferred. Must be highly organized, disciplined, and professional in appearance. |
