| Primary Duties: |
Attorney would interview and select clients, prepare cases for hearing and represent clients at ALJ hearings before SSA in Regional law firm concentrating on representing claimants for Social Security Disability/SSI. There would be work with further administrative review and federal court appeals in three states. |
| Skills: |
Client interviewing, trial work (plaintiff preferred), and ability to work with support staff to manage high volume practice. Prior DIB/SSI experience nice, but not necessary. |
